How long do you take to prepare my order?

All orders are processed within 2 days of them being placed.

Do you ship to the EU?

Currently we only ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland & Netherlands. We will be increasing the EU countries we ship to soon! Estimated delivery time - 3-14 business days (Monday-Friday) Keep in mind that international delivery is unpredictable and delays at customs are possible. For international orders, after the parcel has left the warehouse, it becomes the subject of your local post office. Standard Shipping isn't fully tracked, tracked shipping is available at checkout.

Are there any fees or duties?

Duties and/or import tax are not collected at point of sale, please check what customs duty and/or import tax is charged by your country for purchases from the United Kingdom. GretelCreates is not responsible for this charges.

Do you give any guarantees that I’ll get my order?

We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free. Therefore, there is no cause for concern.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days after receiving the parcel. Unless the product arrives with you damaged all delivery cost lies with customer.
